This is emphasizing how all have strayed from God and gone our own way. The second part is about Jesus, God’s restorative plan to return us to him.
The application of this passage is really just “believe.” That’s the beauty of grace. We don’t have to do anything other than receive it.
Thank you for your death and resurrection. Thank you for your grace that you freely gave even when I continue to mess up. I don’t deserve it, yet you give it. In Jesus’ name, amen.
