Why I Write Devotions On Faith
Faith is an important part of life, so I write devotions on faith on a regular basis. Whether you’ve believed for a long time or are a recent Jesus follower, you can still grow in your faith. We’re encouraged by the Apostle Paul in Philippians 2:12 to “work out our salvation.” That means that our faith is an active one. In fact, James, the brother of Jesus, writes in his letter that faith without works is dead. That’s pretty intense.
So what can we do to develop our faith? What can you do to work out your salvation? Most of it is serving strangers and your neighbors and actually doing what Jesus said. To do that, you need to develop yourself, work out what you believe, and think about your faith.
I write devotions on faith so that you can be encouraged in your journey with Christ. I’m simply a guide – a coach – to help you grow in your relationship with Christ. I’ve curated a small list of devotions that you can use to gather ideas on ways for you to develop in your faith.
You can always find my most up-to-date devotionals on the Daily Devotions section of my website. I hope you find these and my other daily devotionals helpful in your journey.
